INITIAL CLEANS – This is the first clean after construction ready for a CML inspection.

RE-CLEAN/INTERMEDIATE – Second clean after all the trades have completed there work and before any perspective buyers enter the property.

SPARKLE – Final clean, after all the snagging has been completed ready for the new owners to move in.

WINDOW CLEANING – We use wash and reach using a pure water system. This gives a professional finish each time with a minimum effort.

SHOW HOMES/SALES CENTRES – Regular cleaning of Show homes and sales area to a high standard in order to show case the builders houses to there full potential.

JET WASH/ BRICK CLEANING – Our staff have many years experience in brick acid cleaning and general brick cleaning. Diligence given to the safeguard that no mortar is removed. All forms of jet washing is undertaken from paths, drives, roads prior to tarmac, etc. Jet washing is not just for visual appearance but also ensuring safety round site as the roads can become unsafe due to mud and debris left on surfaces.
